This Privacy Policy explains how QCKBOT LLC ("QCK", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit qck.co and our related pages (the "Site"), use our free tools, fill out a form, or talk with us about our marketing services. It does not cover the data we handle for clients while delivering paid work. That data is governed by the client's agreement with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and lead forms: your first and last name, email address, store or company website, e-commerce platform, revenue range, ad spend range and anything you write in a message.
- Calls and email: what you share when you book a call, join a meeting or email us, including notes from the conversation.
- Free tools: the URLs, text, keywords or files you enter. Most tools run in your browser. Tools that check a live URL send that URL through our server to fetch the page. We do not keep the results or link them to you.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our partners collect technical and usage information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) and approximate location based on your IP address.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about your business from public sources, such as your website and public search data, and from tools we use to research how a site performs in search.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use the following tools on the Site:
- HubSpot for our CRM, forms, website analytics and email. HubSpot sets cookies that connect your visits to the details you submit in a form.
- Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) to measure traffic and the performance of our ads.
- Meta Pixel to measure visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site.
These providers may combine information collected on the Site with information they collect elsewhere, under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may stop some parts of the Site from working.
How we use information
- To respond to you, book and hold calls, and prepare the plan, audit or estimate you asked for.
- To send the resources you request, such as the AI Visibility Roadmap, and follow-up emails about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
- To run and improve the Site and our free tools, and to understand which pages and campaigns work.
- To advertise our services and measure those ads.
- To protect the Site, prevent abuse of our tools and comply with the law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that work for us, such as hosting (Vercel), CRM and email (HubSpot), email delivery, scheduling, analytics and advertising platforms, under contracts that limit how they can use it.
- Advertising partners such as Google and Meta, through the cookies and pixels described above. Under some US state laws this can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. See "Your choices and rights" to opt out.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or needed to protect our rights, users or the public.
- Business transfers, if QCK is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, receive a copy of it, object to or limit how we use it, and opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. This includes residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws, and people in the EU, UK and similar regions.
To make a request, email ops@qckbot.com with the subject "Privacy request." We will verify your request using the email address we have on file and respond within the time the law requires. You can use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you can reply to appeal the decision.
For people in the EU and UK, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in running and marketing our business, or the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep information
We keep lead and contact information for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you, and then for as long as we need it for legal, tax or record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
QCK is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the US and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including client sites and case studies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will take additional steps where the law requires.
