These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of qck.co and our related pages (the "Site"), including our free SEO tools, guides and other content. The Site is operated by QCKBOT LLC ("QCK", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our services are covered by a separate agreement
These Terms cover the Site only. Paid work, such as SEO, AI search optimization, conversion rate optimization, web design, paid ads and email marketing, is provided under a separate signed agreement, proposal or statement of work. That agreement sets the scope, fees, payment terms, term, cancellation and refunds. If it conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for your own business or personal purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or other people's data;
- interfere with the Site, overload it, or get around rate limits or security measures;
- scrape or copy the Site at scale, or use automated tools to access it, except for search engine crawling;
- send us malware or harmful code, or submit false information in our forms.
Free tools
Our free tools are provided as is, free of charge, to help you check and improve your website. Some tools fetch a live URL that you enter. Only check sites you own or are allowed to test, and do not use the tools to probe private networks, send high volumes of requests or harm any website. We may limit, change or stop any tool at any time.
Tool results are automated estimates based on public data and the information you enter. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not a full audit. Check the results before making decisions based on them.
Content and intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, tools, code and data, belong to QCK or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our pages, and quote short excerpts with credit to QCK and a link to the source. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission. QCK, QCKBOT and our logos are our trademarks. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission or to describe our work.
What you send us
When you submit information through a form or email, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Results, case studies and information on the Site
Case studies, A/B test results, traffic figures and other results on the Site describe work for specific clients. Some traffic figures are third-party estimates, as noted. Past results do not guarantee future results. Search engines, AI platforms and ad platforms change their systems often, and many factors are outside our control, so we do not guarantee any ranking, citation, traffic or revenue outcome.
Guides, blog posts and other content are for general information only. They are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and may not reflect the latest changes.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and uses third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site, the free tools and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, QCK and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Site or the free tools. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold QCK harmless from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, or the federal courts for the Middle District of Tennessee, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version here and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or block access to the Site or any tool for anyone who breaks these Terms.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any signed agreement with us, are the entire agreement between you and QCK about the Site.
